German Open 2007-07-11

The German Open Hang Gliding Championship took place in Ruhpolding from the 30th of June to the 7th of July. Three tasks were held, and the pilots flying Aeros wings showed good results.
Aeros Europe representative Primoz Gricar flying a Phantom took the second place in the rigid wing class. Klaus Peter Wilming flying a Combat L 13 won the second prize in the flex wing open class and became the Champion of Germany, having shown the best results among the German pilots. Gerald Woll on a Combat L 14 took the third place in the German National Championship. Manfred Trimmel, who changed his former hangglider to Combat L 14 during the championship, took the third place in the Open flex wing class.
