POLAR DATA OF AEROS WINGS

Due to the favorable weather conditions the AEROS pilots have accomplished a number
of flights to estimate actual polar data for some serial hang gliders.
We would like to notify that the data can be used in navigation tools to calculate
if there is enough altitude for making goal, but the maximal glide ratio estimation,
based on it, may not be actual as it can vary depending on harness configurations,
glider performance tuning and the air parameters.
Combat L 13, all-up pilot weight 87 kg, harness Aeros Viper S,
temperature at the ground 12oC, VG on, maximal glide ratio 16,7, minimal sink rate 0.8 m/s.

temperature at the ground 12oC, VG on, maximal glide ratio 11,9, minimal sink rate 1 m/s.
